Ollie and I joined our friends, Sue, Kevin and Millie in a trip (even further) north to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne yesterday. Misty and mysterious, we enjoyed some peace and tranquility on this special island. We nipped ahead of the incoming tide and spent the day walking, sampling the local brews (variously!), visiting the Priory, St Mary's Church and the Castle, then waited for the tide to fall and returned via Seahouses and the freshest fish 'n' chips you can imagine. Bliss.
